What Size Should I Order?
In the sizing process, we try to keep in simple. Sizes range from 2 - 20 to specifically fit a host of figure types. Our coveralls allow for regular clothing underneath (jeans, light sweaters or tops) as well as provide allowances for hips and bust. Our BodyCovers provide ample shoulder room and maximize turn and bend mobility no matter how snug they feel. For a true, snug fit, order a size consistent with your normal pants size. If you want a looser fit, order one size up.
Regarding length, our BodyCovers have a standard 28 -34 inch inseam. Many of our customers, some short, some shorter, indicated a variety of length preferences. We added 6 inches below the leg zipper in attempts to satisfy those preferences. More specifically, at the base of each pant leg is a leg zipper for easy boot removal; the inseam at the base of the zipper is approximately 28 inches. We took the liberty of continuing the fabric an additional 6 inches of below zipper without insulation so hemming could be done easily if you want your pants leg shortened.

All exchanges and returns are to be SHIPPED WITHIN 10 DAYS. Shipping timelines are extended during the month of December each year.
What Type of Fabric are the BodyCovers Made of?
Our BodyCovers are made of a 65% Polyester / 35% Cotton. The fabric is durable, machine-washable, doesn not shrink, and has minimal wrinkling
What are the Differences in Styles?
Our BodyCover styles all have the same features; the difference is in the amount of insulation each contains with the exception of our TougHER BodyCovers arriving Fall, 2012.
Summer Style- Without insulation or lining serving as a protective outer garment indoors or out.
Fall/Winter Style- Light-weight Non-Bulky Insulation for mild fall temperatures above mid-thirties.
Arctic Winter Style- Heavy-weight Non-Bulky Insualation for cold temperatures below mid-thirties.
TougHER Style- Heavy-weight Insulation and heavy-duty protectant and extra durable outer fabric (Non-Bulky, but with mimimal degree of stiffness) for cold temperatures below the mid-thirties and rugged outdoor work.
What Style is the Warmest?
The Arctic and TougHER Style BodyCovers are the warmest.
